About the event
We’re making the most of our summer with our returning Block Party in City Heights, in partnership with SD Park and Rec and District 9! This series celebrates community, culture, and creativity by providing a platform for underrepresented artists to showcase their talents.
Come out to enjoy a full day of local flavor and fun at any of our Block Party events! Explore dozens of local vendors, grab a bite from a variety of food trucks, enjoy live music and performances, participate in hands-on art activities, and check out the kids’ fun zone—plus plenty of entertainment for the whole family.
The events have a suggested donation of $5–10 to support the festival and future programming. By contributing, you help create more inclusive cultural spaces in your neighborhood.
